Return and Exchange Policy

At Bikan, we strive to provide a safe and easy shopping experience for our valued customers. We are committed to providing genuine products marketed by international companies outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and shipped directly via international shipping. Since all products are sourced from outside the Kingdom and we do not have local warehouses within Saudi Arabia, products cannot be exchanged or returned after purchase, except in the exceptional cases outlined below.

First: Cases in Which Returns Are Permitted

If the product arrives damaged or unusable.

If there is a fundamental manufacturing defect that prevents the product from being used.

In these cases only, the customer is entitled to:
A full refund.

The option to have the refund credited to their bank account or in-store wallet for future purchases.

Second: Cases in Which Returns and Exchanges Are Not Permitted

If the customer changes their mind after purchasing the product.

If the product matches the order and is free from any defects or damage.

Products that have been opened and used after receipt (unless proven to be damaged or unusable).

Third: Returns Procedure

The customer must contact customer service during business hours after receiving the order to report any problem.

The customer may be asked to send photos or a video showing the condition of the product.

After verifying the condition, the return request will be approved and the refund processed within a maximum of 14 business days (excluding holidays and official holidays).

Fourth: Bikan Store's Commitments
We inform the customer that the products are marketed by international companies outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and shipped directly via international shipping companies.

We guarantee that all products are new, original, and conform to the advertised specifications.

Fifth: Customer Obligations

Ensure the accuracy of your information and delivery address before completing the order.

Keep the electronic invoice as proof of purchase.
