Payment details must match the cardholder's details.
We do not store payment card details for any reason, in order to protect your privacy and security.
Third: Modifying Your Information or Canceling Your Account
At your request, Bikan Store allows you to:

Unsubscribe from emails or notifications.
Close your account and stop any future purchases.
You can place orders via email or WhatsApp.
Fourth: Value Added Tax (VAT)
We would like to inform you that VAT is currently not applied to Bikan Store products, and all displayed prices include only the product cost without any additional tax fees.
Tax fees may be payable to the shipping company.
Fifth: Discount Coupons
All coupons have a specific expiry date and cannot be used after their expiry.
Each coupon has a minimum purchase amount required to activate it on an order.
Coupons cannot be used on promotional packages.
Sixth: Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy
At Bikan Store, we are always committed to customer satisfaction and providing the best products. Please note that all our products are shipped from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (international shipping).
Therefore, products cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase, except in the following cases:
If the product is unusable.
If the product arrives damaged or with a significant defect.
In these cases, the customer is entitled to a full refund, which will be credited either to their bank account or their in-store wallet for future purchases.
Seventh: Offers and Promotional Packages
Offers (e.g., Buy One, Get One Free) apply only to selected products.
Products cannot be returned according to international shipping policies.
The free product offer cannot be combined with additional discount codes unless explicitly stated.
Regarding promotional packages (buy one, get one discounted product):
